The day includes many energy exercises and practical tools to prepare and attune your energy fields to the frequencies of the diamond energy and a new level of consciousness. The exercises also facilitate clearing and reprogramming your unconscious in order to clear the way for integration of new informationLearn how to dissolve negative mental and emotional blockages through this energy meditation practice. These exercises work on the subtle-energy bodies and clear a lot of old energy blockages, emotions and other people’s energies you have taken on

This program covers self-healing  techniques. Anyone can do this program  with no prior training or experience toward better health and happiness now.  And it does so in simple, straight-forward and readily replicable ways.

Energy Activation Exercises open your energy channels and introduce you to the basic energy pathways of the pineal gland, auras and chakras . This is the first step to understanding and working with energy to expand your consciousness. Energy Actication  Exercises are a method of using personal, planetary, and universal energy for healing and evolution.  

Energy Activation Exercises introduce you to new energy pathways in your body, mind and spirit  to help you to shift your perceptions aSpeeds up individual and planetary evolution.

Each time you use these exercises, your energy changes and rearranges as a result of your experience. The more work you do, the more you upgrade your energy system. This upgraded energy systems results in: clear perception; aligning with our life missions; easier manifestation of physical needs; personal health; improved relationships based on attracting others with similar vibrations; adaptation to our changing external environment; and ability to experience the Fifth Dimension.

Prepare for Meditation with Physical Exercises
 We do a little light stretching or free movement to loosen up the body. This physical stimulation will help make you more aware and sensitized to the flow of energy in your body and open up your energy channels. It will also help to release extraneous thoughts so that you can focus more deeply. Once you feel relaxed and comfortable, we start the meditation.

Relax and Connect to Universal Life Force
We do a relaxation meditation and you will begin to clear out your energy channels with creative visualization such as the Pillar of Light or Unity Breath where you visualize the force of oneness as sparkling, golden bits of light raining down and filling your body from head to toe.

Meditate with Purpose
Each session has a theme the individual or group would like to focus on such as releasing anger, mental clarity, healing or anything else that would benefit the group. Listed below are some meditation themes .

  • Meditate to send positive energy to a specific person or persons in need.
  • Focus on a challenging short term or long term goal that you wish to accomplish.
  • Release negative emotions and visualize positive thoughts pushing them away.
  • Give yourself an energy boost by visualizing and calling in Vortex Energy into your body.

Share and Exchange Your Thoughts and Experiences
At the end of the session we hold  a short discussion about the experience. This can be a great way to reinforce everyone's experience well after the session is over. Group discussion gives everyone a chance to reflect on their experience and learn from that of others. It's a powerful way to bond with each other and give one another feedback for improving meditation and sense of energy. Create an atmosphere where each person can share freely. And that's it!

A Quick Session

  • Allow ourselves to feel compassion for everyone and everything around us. This includes both living beings and non-living objects
  • Focus your attention on everything around you.
  • Think of everything as energy. People, objects, animals, and all physical structures on earth should be thought of as forms of energy. Picture all of these things turning into energy and creating an energy field around you.
  •  Once your outer energy field has been established you can focus on your body. Picture your body as energy (your skin, your organs, everything).
  • Take a few deep breaths and calm the mind and body.
  • Bring your awareness to the core of your body and connect with the channel running downward from the top of your head through the center of your body to your perineum. This is often called the Hara line. It  connects your star in the sky to the center of the Earth and vice vers.
  • Focus on your head while inhaling and imagine your breath is drawing light from the sky into your Hara line, filling your body with freedom, space, light, and air.
  •  Be free.  Exhale and send energy downward through your body out of your sacrum into the ground, sending roots deep into the Earth. Feel the solidity, stability and safety of the Earth. See yourself safe.
  •  Inhale and imagine pulling Earth light up into your body through your sacrum, bringing the stability and safety of the Earth into your Hara line.
  • Feel yourself strong, safe and flexible.
  • Exhale, sending Earth energy out through the top of your head,sending branches into the sky, sending the strength of the Earth to the heavens.
  • Repeat this alternating flow of energy in your natural breathing rhythm:send Earth energy into sky, bring sky energy into Earth. Accept your natural place as a bridge between Earth and sky. Integrate the energies within your body becoming strong, safe, and balanced.

How to have a Healthy Pineal Gland Function

Over time the Pineal Gland becomes blocked with calcification and fluoride deposits limiting the function of this energetic body. Active and regular stimulation of the Pineal Gland helps to transmute these build ups, and assists optimal Pineal Gland function both physically and energetically.

There are many practices that can easily be incorporated within your life to enhance the physical & energetic functioning of your Pineal Gland.

  1. Water – Avoid chemically laden, chlorinated, fluoridated water as it causes calcification of the Pineal Gland. Choose pure water as close to nature as possible (eg spring, stream, rain etc)
  2. Food – Avoid irradiated, genetically engineered, chemically grown, packaged and long-term cold storage food. Eat food that is in season, organic and eaten as close to its natural state.  Decreasing your toxicity is important as the Pineal Gland isn’t protected by the blood-brain-barrier (like the brain).
  3. Environment – Try to limit the toxicity in your environment, EMRs (Electro-Magnetic Radiation), noise pollution etc..  Walk barefoot upon the Earth often, bath yourself in the sweet sounds of nature, limit your time on technology and detox your home (ie use natural cleaning products etc).

  6. Sunshine – Spend time each day (or at least on a regular basis) greeting the early morning sun. Sunlight stimulates the Pineal Glands production of seratonin, reducing longer-term calcification.  Also, as the Sun rises, photon energy is received through the Third Eye & the Light Activation Point (sits at a 42 to 45 degree angle between the Third Eye & Crown).  
  7. Moonshine – Spend time each day (or at least on a regular basis) under the stars and become conscious of the cycles of the moon.   The darkness of night and ‘star energy’ stimulates the Pineal Glands production of Melatonin, which improves our sleep and our Stargate travels during the ‘dream’ state.
